We are hoping all of you had a very happy Thanksgiving. It sounds cliche, but we have so much to be thankful for! We celebrated Thanksgiving with my family- Mom, Pops, Jesse and Jordan.... on the menu for the glorious occasion? a traditional Thanksgiving meal made by yours truly! What a challenge! Turkey is a very scary thing to make for a new homemaker- so I cheated and made a roast rather than the full bird. I highly recommend it! Dinner also included a glazed ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, roasted potatoes, rolls, salad and a made up cranberry cocktail. Followed by pumpkin pie care of mama Woods. Twas a great meal- no culinary catastrophes, much to my dismay!
I’m excited for future holidays in which I might be blessed with getting to cook for family.
Oh yea... also there were dogs :)
